Can I buy tickets at the station or just online?

Yes, you can buy tickets at the station as well as online.

Operating times are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM for Weekdays and weekends with a gap of 15 minutes between every departure. Operating times on public holidays can vary, please check latest updates on our social media for information

The prices are the same online and offline.

Do you offer discounts for groups or corporates?

Do you have mothly or yearly cards or an unlimited day pass?

Yes, we do! Our day passes start at AED 35 - see prices here

Do kids get a special price? (Besides the family pass)

The prices are the same for kids. However, they can receive free entrance if they are 110 cm or less in height.

Can you explain the services offered?

Accessibility features for people of determination, bathrooms located at each station, and various convenience stores. WIFI will be launched soon

Can a customer get a roundtrip from Atlantis to Atlantis?

Yes! By booking from Atlantis to the Gateway station as a roundtrip.

Is the parking free at The Palm Gateway Station?

Monorail users will obtain 3 hours free parking upon ticket validation. AED 10 fee per hour will be applicable following the 3rd hour of free parking.

Can I bring my bike/scooter on the monorail?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your bike or scooter (E Scooter inside the Train not allowed)

Can I bring my pet on the monorail?

No, pets are not allowed inside the Monorail.

What is the interval between trains?

Trains depart every 15 minutes

How many passengers can ride on the monorail per trip?

302 passengers can ride the monorail at the normal maximum load time.

Can I bring a luggage on board?

Yes, you can.

Are there any buses from any metro station connecting to the monorail?

No RTA buses are connected but passengers can arrive by Tram to Palm Jumeirah Station which connects to the Monorail by footbridge and takes you directly to Gateway Station, just follow the signs

Who owns the Palm Monorail?

It is owned and managed by Nakheel.

Can we park in the monorail's parking even if we are not using it?

Yes you can, parking at the Monorail costs 10 AED per hour

Is there any special offer on weekends ?

We don't have any special offers on weekends, but you can benefit from our passes.

What are the different available passes?

Daily passes are available. Seasonal, monthly & annual passes will be announced soon.

Where does the Palm Monorail go?

From the Palm Gateway station to the Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark.

How long is the ride?

It is approximately 9 minutes long.

Do you accept debit/credit cards or NOL cards?

Yes, debit/credit and NOL cards are accepted, please note however for now NOL users can only tap and go, no offers can be availed when using a NOL card You can purchase tickets using card or cash at any of our 3 stations.

Is there handicap/stroller accessibility at the Monorail?

Yes, there is handicap/stroller accessibility.

How much is the ticket for each route?

Tickets for each route start from AED 10.

Do you give refunds? How can I request a refund?

How do I redeem e-tickets?

How do I redeem a voucher?

Simply visit the customer service desk at the station when you arrive.

Do the tickets expire?

Tickets bought for a particular day should be used on that same day.

How do I use the ticket(s) at the station gates?

Please show the tickets at the entry gates. Our staff will assist you.

How do mobile tickets work? Where can I buy them?

You can buy tickets online through booking.palmmonorail.com, and simply show your e-ticket at the station.

Can I use Google Pay? Apple Pay?

Yes, you can!

Can I get to the Atlantis Hotel by taking the monorail?

Yes, you can reach the Atlantis, The Palm by taking the monorail to the Atlantis Aquaventure station.

Where does the monorail start and end?

From the Palm Gateway station to Atlantis Aquaventure.

How can I get to the station? What is the exact location?

You can reach Gateway Station via Dubai Tram, other public transport or private transportation. You can find the location of all our stations on any map app

Do you have packages for the attractions? (Ex: Monorail tickets and a pass to Atlantis)

I want to visit The Lost Chambers Aquarium.

Simply take the Palm Monorail to the Atlantis Aquaventure station. Then exit the station to Atlantis, The Palm, then follow signs to The Lost Chambers Aquarium.
